Hatsuyuki is the Japanese term to describe the first snowfall of the winter season. It is a highly anticipated annual event that heralds in months of wonderful powder snow. Hakuba Hatsuyuki Apartments are aiming to celebrate this annual excitement and freshness via contemporary architecture and clean design.

The two large Hakuba Hatsuyuki self contained apartments are designed to showcase Hakuba's famous powder snow. They are a place where visitors to the Hakuba Valley can spend time in western comfort in a ski-in, ski-out location right on one of Hakuba's freshest ski fields - Hakuba Iwatake.

The location is second to none not just in relation to being ski-in, ski-out but also within a short walk to Hakuba Brew Pub and Hakuba Brewing Company.







Hatsuyuki 4 Bedroom, all ensuite apartment.
The entire top floor of the building is occupied by a large 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite, apartment. Living room windows overlook the ski field while rear bedrooms look into the beautiful forest behind. The apartment is light filled and toasty warm thanks to the underfloor heating throughout.
The apartment has a beautiful light Scandinavian design feel. Netflix is included as is broadband WiFi throughout. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for your snow home away from home. There is a large ski drying room and laundry in the building.




4 Bedroom Apartment Rates.

Peak Season (December 20th to end of February): 95,000 yen per night including tax.

Shoulder Season (December 1st to December 19th and all of March): 75,000 yen per night including tax.

Other times: 55,000 yen per night including tax.

The entire ground floor is a 3 bedroom, 3 ensuite apartment. Living room windows overlook the ski field while rear bedrooms look into the forest behind. The apartment is light filled and toasty warm thanks to the underfloor heating throughout.
The apartment has a beautiful light Scandinavian design feel. Netflix is included as is broadband WiFi throughout. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for your snow home away from home. There is a large ski drying room and laundry in the building.





3 Bedroom Apartment Rates.

Peak Season (December 20th to end of February): 85,000 yen per night including tax.

Shoulder Season (December 1st to December 20th and all of March): 68,000 yen per night including tax.

Other times: 50,000 yen per night including tax.


Every apartment within Hatsuyuki Apartments will have direct views over the ski field though large picture windows. They will also have underfloor heating throughout, modern appliances and fittings and beautiful contemporary furnishings. The toasty warm basement of the building is a dedicated ski drying room and laundry with direct access from the main entrance.








We provide complimentary pick up and drop off upon your arrival and departure into Hakuba. We also take you to the supermarket on your first day and then every other day during your stay to keep you stocked up with everything you need. We have bilingual staff on hand 24/7 and are here to help you at all times.
