Each apartment has direct views over Iwatake ski field.
Newly renovated inside and fully kitted out with everything you need for a home away from home.
Two bedrooms, one full bathroom plus a second toilet room.
Kitchen, leather sofas, oak dining table, flat screen TV with Netflix and broadband WiFi.
Prices include complimentary pick up and drop off from Hakuba train or bus station upon arrival and departure and regular supermarket shuttles.
Apartment 1 PRICES:
15th December to February end - 70,000 yen per night including tax (4 people).
March and April - 60,000 yen per night including tax (4 people)

This is our largest 2 bedroom apartment and has a Japanese room area in one of the bedrooms that can sleep 2 more people on futons (extra charge). It is a beautiful space complete with tatami mats and shoji screens. There are great views South, West and North. This is a beautiful light filled apartment with small balcony.

This apartment has one of our biggest Japanese style bedrooms. It is very spacious and decorated with shoji screens and tatami mats.
All of the 2 bedroom apartments in Iwatake Apartments have the same furniture and fixtures. They are all slightly different shapes and vary in size a little. But they are all spacious and well appointed.

All prices are inclusive of Japanese sales tax.
We accept payment via WISE, bank transfer or credit card/PayPal (4% charge).
Rates are in Japanese yen per night. Prices are per apartment and there are no hidden charges accept for the 4% credit card handling charge or international intermediary bank fees.
4 bedroom apartments can sleep up to 8 people. 3 bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. 2 Bedroom apartments can sleep up to 4 people.
There are minimum nights stay requirements during the winter season. Please ask.
Prices include complimentary pick up from and drop off to either Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon your arrival and departure (see ‘getting to Hakuba’ page under “Hakuba Information’ tab for the best option from Narita Airport to Hakuba). Staff are on access 24/7.
All shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, clothes washing powder, dishwashing powder and liquid, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, hand towels, linen, bath mats are provided.
Cleaning and linen/towel service is done between rentals or every 7 days for longer stays. When you arrive, everything is clean and fresh. Daily or more frequent cleaning/linen change during your stay is available at a nominal extra cost.
Food is not included in the price. We can provide complimentary supermarket trips for guest convenience on selected days.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Standard policy: 50% deposit is required within a week of booking to confirm winter reservations. Cancellations with less than twelve weeks notice or “No Shows”, sorry no refund. Cancellations from twelve to sixteen weeks notice will require a 40% charge.
Cancellations with more than sixteen weeks will receive a full refund minus bank fees.
The balance of bookings to be paid at least nine weeks before check in.
Upon check-in, a copy of a valid credit card will be taken for security purposes.
Terms and conditions will be outlined in the invoice and deemed agreed to once payment has been made.
